前天晚上旅游回到家,第一时间就拿着手电筒去阳台看我的无花果,发现坚强的无花果没有被旱死,三个果还膨大转色了,虽然有一个应该是成熟后自然腐烂了,但心里还是十分高兴,第二天早晨起来看了看觉得还是挂在树上再成熟几天好,怕摘早了没有成熟。今天白天看了看果柄处都萎缩了,应该是成熟了树不为果提供营养了,所以果柄自然萎缩了吧,这应该就是瓜熟蒂落吧,于是晚上家人到齐后我把这三个果摘下来,和家人一起分享紫色波尔多无花果的美味。不多说了,上图!

紫罗兰(紫色)波尔多
卓越的适合较冷地域的任务型(mission-type)无花果。外皮黑色且薄,肉深红色。香气浓郁,适合鲜食或制作果干。Breba作物(植物学名词,一年两季的,第一季叫做breba crop),生命力顽强。适合盆栽或小空间栽培。

【被当做“优雅的紫罗兰黑”卖】紫罗兰(紫色)波尔多,也被称为Negronne(算了,音译一下,“尼格罗尼”),是一种令人愉快的无花果——令人心醉的健康黑,果实甜美。每一颗果实都是深紫色,几乎是黑色。内部汁水丰富,粉红色。与黑色使命(注:加州黑)味道相似,或许更好?——枫糖味比黑色使命更浓郁。
【注:还是分一下段比较好】我们认为这种无花果很适合烹饪,不论是用作马尔贝拉鸡的果盘,还是其他任何一个菜中,浓郁、丰富的无花果味道呼之欲出。配合乳酪和红酒吃最能体现它新鲜的味道。它的叶子富有戏剧性,如同细长的手指。这种水果的果柄较长【直译是:这种水果由每个长的果柄支撑着】。我们发现这是一种非常顽强的无花果,能抵御较长时间的干旱和寒冷【down to the 'teens(这个实在翻不出来)】。紫罗兰(紫色波尔多)是一种可靠的水果,在弗吉尼亚海滩有较大的种植面积,初秋成熟。

[sold as "Elegant Violette Black"] Violette de Bourdeaux, also called Negronne is a delightful fig - a robust bearer of dark, sweet fruit. Each fig is a deep purple, almost black. The interior is a juicy, light pink. The flavor is similar - perhaps better? - than Black Mission with deep maple sugar undertones. We consider this the best fig for cooking, using it in compotes and Chicken Marbella or anywhere that a deep, rich fig taste is called for. Perfect eaten fresh as a wonderful complement to sharp cheeses and red wine. The leaves are dramatic, with long slender fingers. The fruit is borne up the length of each stem. We find that this is an exceptionally hardy fig, resistant to drought and cold once established (down to the 'teens). Violette is a reliable fruit producer and generally yields one large crop here in Virginia Beach, ripening early fall. (016)
