金鸡菊提取物降血脂作用的动物实验研究梁淑红[1] 庞市宾[2] 刘晓燕[2] 徐磊[2] 哈木拉提[2] 孙玉华[2][1]石河子大学药学院2007级硕士研究生,新疆石河子832002 [2]新疆维吾尔自治区药物研究所,新疆乌鲁木齐830004摘　要:目的：研究金鸡菊提取物对高血脂模型小鼠的降血脂作用。方法：Wister小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、血脂康阳性对照药组、金鸡菊总提物组、氯仿萃取物组、乙酸乙酯萃取物组和正丁醇萃取物组共7组,每组10只。除正常对照组外,其余6组给予造模乳剂灌胃,0.5ml/只。4h后,正常对照组和模型组给予等体积的生理盐水,各给药组给予相应剂量的药物。连续给药2周,末次给药后,禁食不禁水12h,颈动脉取血、离心、制备血清,测定各组小鼠血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）的含量。结果：与正常对照组比较：模型组TC和TG明显升高（P〈0.01）,HDL-C明显降低（P〈0.01）;与模型组比较：总提取物组TC降低（P〈0.05）,HDL-C升高（P〈0.05）;氯仿提取物组TC明显降低（P〈0.01）,TG降低（P〈0.05）,HDL-C明显升高（P〈0.01）;乙酸乙酯组TC降低（P〈0.05）,TG明显降低（P（0.01）,HDL-C明显升高（P〈0.01）;正丁醇组TC、TG均降低（P〈0.05）。结论：金鸡菊提取物有较好的降血脂作用,值得进一步开发研究。[著者文摘]

Laboratory Study of Coreopsis Extracts on Reducing Blood Lipid in Hyperlipemia Model MiceLIANG Shu-Hong,PANG Shi-Bin,LIU Xiao-Yan,XU Lei,HA Mu-La-Ti,SUN Yu-Hua1.The 2007th post-graduate,College of Pharmacy,Shihezi University,Xinjiang Shihezi,832002;2.Xinjiang Institute of Meteria Medica,Xinjiang Urumchi,830004Abstract:Objective： To study Coreopsis extracts on reducing blood lipid in hyperlipemia model mice.Methods：Wister mice were divided randomly into normal control group,model group,positive control group,Coreopsis total extract group,Chloroform extract group,Ethylacetate extract group,n-Butanol extract group.Except normal control group,gastric perfusion with fat emulsion was provided in the other groups,0.5ml/rat,each day.4hr later,physical saline of equal volume was administered in normal control group and model group,and the corresponding drugs were in the rest groups,continuously for two week.Fasting for 12hr after the last medication,blood was collected from femoral artery and centrifuged to prepare serum.In light of the kit structure,TC、TG、HDL-C in serum were examined in rats of each groups.Results：Compared with normal control group,the outcomes of TC、TG in model group were increased apparently（P0.01）,HDL-C decreased apparently（P0.01） in model group.Compared with model group,the outcomes of TC was decreased（P0.05） in total extract group and HDL-C increased（P0.05）;the outcomes of TC was decreased apparently（P0.01）,TG decreased（P0.05）,and HDL-C increased apparently（P0.01） in Chloroform extract group;the outcomes of TC was decreased（P0.05）,TG decreased apparently（P0.01） and HDL-C increased apparently（P0.01） in the Ethylacetate extract group;the outcomes of TC、TG were decreased（P0.05） in the n-Butanol extract group.Conclusion：Coreopsis extracts can reduce blood lipid well and deserved to be further researched.[著者文摘]
